Judy Mearing

Judy Mearing of Reed City, age 71, died on November 30, 2024. Judy was born December 22, 1952 to Orrie Clendenin and June Weaver. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her brother, Orrie Clendenin Jr.

Surviving are her husband, Charles; children: Rosetta (Ray) Dodd and June (Karl Sr.) Doolittle; and her cherished grandchildren: Karl Doolittle Jr., Lilley Rose Doolittle, and Hallie Mae Dodd. She is also survived by her siblings: Delores (Mark) Cargo, Laura (Jeff) Melson, Danny Joe (Angel) Clendenin, and Donnie (Judy); and daughter-in-law, Karen Clendenin.

Judy’s greatest joy was spending time with family, especially telling stories and sharing the memories of her life with her children and grandchildren. A skilled cook, she loved preparing meals for family and friends, bringing everyone together around the table. Her warmth, laughter, and kind spirit will be deeply missed.
