On June 27, 2023 William Curtis Revore went home to be with his Lord and Savior.

William was born on January 8, 1939 to Curtis and Marguerite (Leetz) Revore. He was born and raised in the Mattawan area. He had one younger brother David.

William graduated from Mattawan High School where he met the love of his life Carolyn. They were married for 62 years when she was called home 2021. William worked 28 years for Upjohn Company in the printing department. His hobbies included raising pigeons, reading Westerns, and tinkering in his large workshop. He was a member of West Kalamazoo Christian Church his entire life. He also served his community as an elected trustee for Antwerp Township for over 20 years.

William and Carolyn were married on Valentine’s Day February 14, 1959 in Mattawan. They welcomed 3 children in 3 years!

He raised asparagus on 10 acres for many years. His greatest pride were his 3 children, 13 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. William loved spending over 20 years at Sandy Pines Resort with Carolyn and the family.

William was a faithful and devoted Christian man. His was a quiet faith that was expressed in his everyday actions.

His is survived by his 3 children, Cathy (Steve) Welch from Lawton, Carrie (Tom) Hall, Steamboat Springs, Colorado, Michael (Belinda) Revore, Lawton. He was loved and will be missed by his grandchildren Jordan Welch, Brody Welch, Collin Welch, Cassandra Chandler, Tiffany Hoskins, Sabrina Schafer, Camden Welch, Whitney Bond, Wesley Blair, Whiley Hall, Carolee Hall, Cabe Revore, Cole Revore and his 16 great- grandchildren.
