Thomas VanBuren of Decatur died on April 27, 2026. He and his wife, Coral, shared 51 years of marriage, built on patience, humor, and plenty of Euchre. He also enjoyed playing “Destiny” online with his kids. He may not have been the best at it, but his frequent in-game mishaps kept them laughing, and he loved being part of it simply because he was their dad.
