Jorge Marcos Carvajal

Jorge M. Carvajal died unexpectedly on December 7, 2006. He was born June 15, 1949 in Santiago De Chile, the son of Marcos and Irene (Karl) Carvajal. A memorial service to honor and celebrate his life will be held Wednesday 6:00 PM at the Bethel Baptist Church (402 S Westnedge Ave). He had a natural gift of mixing flavors and working with machinery. Jorge turned these gifts into a successful career working in food technologies. He had strong convictions, was a hard worker, and was dedicated to his family and always doing an excellent job inside and outside of work. Jorge enjoyed a Christian life, trains, home cooking, dogs and woodworking. Member's of his family include his wife, Marta Teresa Carvajal; two sons: Luivi (Melissa) Valero and Jorge Andres Carvajal; two daughters: Bernardita and Carolina Carvajal; grandchildren; a sister, Irene Carvajal; and two nephews.
