Age 83, died May 8, 2013 in Kalamazoo. Fred was born March 30, 1930 in Ludington, the son of Reinhardt and Louise (Meisner) Wrede. Cremation will take place with private burial at Ft. Custer National Cemetery. He was a Navy Veteran and retired from Dow Chemical. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Sally (Daugherty) Wrede; 4 children: Mary Owen, Jim, Bill and Tim Wrede; many grandchildren; step-sons: Steven (Jennifer) Higby and Dan (Debra) Higby; step-grandchildren: Ashlyn, Brandi (Marlon), Danielle, Heather and Jen; and step-great-grandchildren: Jaiden and Keegan.
