Charles K. Stevens, Jr.

Charles K. Stevens, Jr., 90, of Kalamazoo, formerly of Holly, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 23, 2026.

Charles retired from General Motors after 30+ years in various roles (skilled trades superintendent-Buick City, skilled trades journeyman pipefitter/plumber, foreman, UAW union representative).

He married Suzanne Stevens in 1956. There were many adventures over the years with their five children. Favorite memories include an annual week-long trip to Oscoda with his mother, all his brothers and sisters and their children and fishing and hunting trips with his brothers and sons.

He is survived by Suzanne, his children Nanette (Jack) Keiser (Kalamazoo), Linda (Chuck) Wright (Niceville, FL), Chuck (Jamie) Stevens (Onaway), Don (Jodi) Stevens (Grosse Pointe Shores), Cathleen Hackett (Nick Bruton) (Walled Lake), his grandchildren (Faith, Christopher, Bryan, Darwin, Matt, Elise, Lauren), great grandchildren (Cannon, Nolin, Crosby, Quinn, Archer, Jade), his sisters Judy Stevens and Deborah Schultz, and several nieces and nephews.

He joins his beloved parents Charles Sr. and Marie and his brothers George, William, John, and Robert, and sister Edith in eternal peace and joy.
