Barbara Soliday of Kalamazoo died on Tuesday, July 12, 2022. She was born on January 11,1938 in Kalamazoo, the daughter of Norman and Frances (Burnham) Bailey and has lived her entire life in the Kalamazoo area. Barbara worked for several years in food service at Comstock Schools where she enjoyed interacting with the students and staff. She enjoyed cooking, crocheting, sewing and being with family and friends.
Members of her family include her 3 children: Melody Conroy, Steven (Katie) Soliday, Donna (Richard) Dean; 8 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren ; a brother Norman Bailey; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Ralph in 2008; her brother Lloyd Bailey; and a grandson Joshua Conroy in 1997.
Cremation has taken place and services will be announced. Barbara will be buried next to husband in Mt. Ever- Rest North Memorial Park.
