Arthur Longdike

Art Longdike, 66, passed away on March 2, 2024, in Kalamazoo Michigan. He was born on May 15, 1957, at Ionia Memorial Hospital. Art was a retired individual, having concluded his career in 2023. He was an evident outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time in nature. In his earlier years, Art also had a passion for golfing and bowling. Art was an active member of the Springfield, MI community, known for his generosity in helping others, including mowing people's lawns. He will be remembered fondly by many for his kind and giving nature. Art is survived by Maria (Mike) Edwards, Arthur Albert Longdike Jr, Richard Lee Longdike, Kaylix Nicole Longdike, and his friend Carol. He was preceded in death by his father, Ray Richard Longdike, his mother, Esther Louise Longdike, and his daughter, Theresa Lynn Dashner. A Celebration of Life service for Art Longdike will be held at a later date. May Art Longdike rest in peace, and may his memory live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
